Technical Developer

Work in the development studio is very varied, so Liz’s experience in a range of different web and mobile programming languages is really useful. She prefers to work on the front end of web projects, but also contributes to UX strategy and developing and maintaining iOS apps. When not huddled over her computer in the studio, you might find Liz in the kitchen pursuing her love of baking (and eating) cakes or making something creative like a hand knitted hat or a new dress.


Creative Designer

Smita Mistry is part of the central creative team at Edelman. Her role is a broad one from building powerful print work to quirky emoticons. From adverts to infographics, Smita adds creative flair and beauty to both Edelman’s and our clients’ portfolio. She’s also currently training as a barber so is a rather dab hand with a pair of scissors too (if you’re ever in need of a trim).


Head of Crisis

Duncan helps clients navigate the complex world of communications when the unthinkable happens. He has worked with a number of companies around the globe, from motor racing teams and logistics companies to celebrities. When not spending time with his family he can be found rolling around in the mud under the guise of ‘bootcamp fitness’, throwing himself over mountains on a bike, or riding his motorbikes too fast on the roads and tracks of Europe. He’s also partial to a digestive biscuit.



Noor’s role in the digital team is all about clients. She oversees everything from web builds, social campaigns, and digital strategy to multi-market community management. No day or client is ever the same. She is a total fitness junkie and in another life she would want to be a Real Housewife of Beverly Hills and is obsessed with the TV show!


Account Manager

Charlotte works across a range of different sectors and industries. Her interest lies in corporate reputation and helping clients to strategize their communications around evolving media, regulatory and competitor landscapes. When Charlotte isn’t working on precious metals, mobile tech or pro-bono work for a Nobel Peace Prize winner, she likes to explore the road less travelled… next stop Sri Lanka.


Director, Strategic Planning

Jay leads the planning discipline across Edelman UK – providing strategic guidance, insight and understanding for clients. Along with the rest of the planning team, Jay works to make sure Edelman’s thinking is as robust and effective as possible. As a big gin fan, he has a professional qualification in spirits and liqueurs from the spirits industry.


Senior Research Executive

Meije does research for a large variety of Edelman clients. Her role is varied, ranging from orchestrating large international studies, which provide unique global views on key issues to testing and optimising apps. When she’s not working, you’ll probably either find her trying to get tickets to a new stand-up gig or snuggled at home in front of the new House of Cards.

  • Associate Planner

    We are looking for an Associate Planner to work across the UK business. To lead in the modern age of paid, owned and earned channels, Edelman’s key initiative has been the creation of a planning function which  supports campaign development across the agency and leads client strategy projects. Recently established, the planning team is now looking to expand to meet agency demand.

    As a planner within this central planning team, you will act as a consultant and team member across the whole agency. You will be faced with diverse client challenges, from brand building to reputation management, to driving behaviour change amongst influencers.

  • Director of Publicity

    We are looking to appoint a Director of Publicity responsible for the strategic and tactical development of through-channel media strategy and content plans, delivering impactful storytelling results.

    Reporting to the Brand Managing Director, you will partner with blended account teams in London to develop high-impact media programmes for a variety of global brands in multiple sectors. You should be adept at curating content – digital, visual and video – for use across a range of media channels, with a focus on earned media and social, to support campaign execution.

  • Senior Account Manager - Health Specialist

    As Senior Account Manager, you will oversee global and UK account programmes and be the daily contact for Health Brand clients, providing them with strategic counsel on tactical implementation. You will also lead major activities for accounts, managing teams to deliver strong results and ensuring work is of high quality, helping to develop programme plans for brands and ensuring tactics meet client’s business objectives.

    You must have an expert knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory and compliance processes and a strong knowledge of the competitive environment. Experience in end of lifecycle products, consumer health or one of the following therapeutic areas is a plus: diabetes, men’s health, women’s health, oncology, mental health/neuroscience/CNS.
