We offer our People all the tools to be at the top of their game. Everyone is coached throughout their career – right up to the top.

Training

Employee's are encouraged to take part in an extensive training programme every year – a combination of:

  • External training
  • Internal training
  • Edelman University modules

These courses are an opportunity to develop skills and knowledge, as well as to share best practices with colleagues and clients in the UK and around the world.

Mentoring

New starters are paired with a ‘Buddy’ to help them settle in. Edelman also runs a voluntary Mentoring programme to foster growth and professional development. The approach is collaborative to nurture an exchange of knowledge, ideas and resources.

Summer School

Each year, selected up-and-coming professionals from Edelman offices around the world are invited to attend Summer School, an intensive four-day training retreat. It is an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences among a global peer group and to learn about the challenges and opportunities they will encounter as future leaders of the agency. Themes have included ‘Leading the Digital Communications Age’ and 'Developing Edelman's Next Tier of Leaders'.
