The Brief

StrategyOne was commissioned to investigate how companies, brands, consumers and stakeholders are engaging in a new social purpose paradigm and what consumers are doing, saying and expecting from brands, their peers and society in general today.

Campaign Overview

StrategyOne interviewed more than 5,500 consumers across 9 countries. In addition, in-depth interviews were conducted with brand and marketing managers in major global companies in order to understand better.

Results

The survey results led to a thought leadership programme and the launch of an online community dedicated to this cause.
