The Brief

Orange France Telecom Group is a leading telecommunications operator with more than 170 million customers globally. One of the Group’s aims is to embed a consistent approach to CR across all Orange markets in order to enhance and protect the Orange brand. First&42nd has been asked to develop the Group’s Corporate Responsibility strategy and embed the Group’s CR programme in markets across Europe and Africa.

Campaign Overview

First&42nd advised on the strategic direction of the Group’s CR programme and the implementation of the programme across the Group by:

  • Undertaking a detailed competitor benchmark
  • Reviewing key issues and stakeholders
  • Engaging CR managers across the business
  • Writing policies for risk areas such as EMF
  • Developing a Group-wide methodology for measuring progress

  • An in depth training manual to engage and guide the actions of CR managers in every Orange market and set out Group expectations in key issues
