London — The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) announced today that it has selected Edelman as its global Public Relations Agency.
Edelman will work as a pro bono partner of the Germany-based IPC, the international governing body of Paralympic Sport. The IPC reviewed proposals from several firms for this assignment.

London — Edelman today announced the appointment of Matt Warder as a Director in its Technology practice. Part of his remit will be to establish a new Science, Engineering and Emerging Technologies team focused on Oxford and Cambridge business and academic clusters. He joins the agency in October.

London — Consol Suncenter (U.K) Ltd has appointed Edelman to provide public affairs support in London, Edinburgh and Brussels.
Consol is the leading tanning salon chain in Europe, with more than 350 outlets in Denmark, Norway, the Faro Islands, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Germany and throughout the UK. Consol Suncenter (UK) now operates over 70 salons in the Midlands, South coast, South West England and Wales with another 29 centres in Scotland under Consol Denmark directorship.

London — BARD, the British Association of Record Dealers, has appointed Edelman to provide public relations and public affairs support in the UK.
Edelman will support BARD across the full range of the association's interests, providing strategic advice.

London — Edelman today announced that Rishi Bhattacharya joins Edelman London.
With his background in politics and the media, Rishi's responsibilities will be split between Edelman's Strategic Media Unit (SMU) and its Public Affairs division. Rishi will report to Alex Bigg, Deputy MD of Edelman Public Affairs and work closely with Jo Sheldon, Director of Edelman's SMU.
