Mike Seymour is responsible for crisis consultancy and support internationally. In addition to bringing his experience of multi-market projects, he works with local offices and management teams in leading and co-ordinating cross border responses to serious issues and crises.
Mike is a widely experienced risk manager and crisis counsellor, who has worked alongside senior management in handling issues that could impact negatively upon a wide range of national and international businesses and industries.
Mike has also planned and facilitated corporate strategy sessions and training for senior managers through workshops and simulation exercises at board and international levels.
In 1999, he worked with Coca-Cola during their European product crisis recalls. In October of the same year, he was also part of the strategic crisis management team for one of the train operating companies, involved in the major rail accident outside Paddington Station in London.
Mike has co-ordinated and executed complex management and communications programmes for European and US-based companies, often in several countries simultaneously. He has specialised in the management and communications for rationalisation programmes and plant closures in the UK and across Europe. He has been responsible for a series of innovative programmes, created to assist companies facing serious issues and crises.
