Training, Testing and Validation

Our experience of working alongside senior management teams in crisis has demonstrated time and again that untried plans and teams can quickly be overwhelmed by the pressures and speed of these demanding situations, when corporate and personal reputations are put on the line.

As part of the process of getting prepared, we recommend crisis training of teams and key individuals, followed by regular testing and validation of procedures and systems. Only then can senior management be confident of matching up to the challenges that they will face when serious problems, issues and emergencies break into the public domain.

We recommend that test and validation programmes are executed across corporate and operational levels of management whenever issues and crisis plans are updated or revised.
