We work closely with all of Edelman’s different practice areas in London and throughout the agency’s global network to help drive the news agenda for our clients. London is one of the most important and influential media centres in the world. We have daily contact with journalists in the UK domestic and international media as well as the capital’s extensive network of foreign correspondents.

Communications Training

The SMU is also the home for Edelman’s communications training. We run bespoke training sessions for C-Level executives and a wide range of different spokespeople from brands across the world. We help individuals across individual companies to tell their story, deliver their messages and deal with the modern media.

Our offering includes media training as well CEO, presentation, crisis media, media relations workshops and writing skills training. Our courses prepare clients to deal with all aspects of the media including broadcast, print and online.

In December 2007 the SMU won the European Excellence Award in the International Communication category.
