While avoiding any significant disruption to her complicated Brexit plans by keeping most senior ministers in place, Theresa May has sought to freshen up her senior team, bringing trusted colleagues such as Matt Hancock (Digital, Culture, Media and Sport) and Esther McVey (Work and Pensions) into the fold, while promoting two of the 2017 intake, namely Kemi Badenoch and Ben Bradley, to Vice Chairs of the Conservative Party.
