Edelman today announced the appointment of Tristan Sanders as UK Head of Performance. Tristan will take on responsibility for Edelman UK’s growing paid media offer including social, search and partnerships.
Most recently Tristan was head of Search and Performance Media at communications planning and buying agency, Rocket, working on accounts across sectors for clients that included Co-op, Ferrero Group and Porsche. Prior to Rocket, Sanders was deputy head of Search at PHD.
In his new role Sanders’ focus will be to develop Edelman’s growing team and offering in the paid space, working across the business. He will also work closely with Edelman Intelligence, the agency’s integrated research, analytics and measurement division, to develop challenger measurement techniques.
Tristan will report into General Manager, Digital, for Edelman UK. Toby Gunton. Toby joined Edelman in September 2016 to bolster the agency’s digital and creative specialisms, and services for clients across the entire UK business.
Gunton says “Tristan is bringing an incredibly in-depth knowledge of paid digital channels and has strong relationships with the media owners and technology providers we are increasingly working with. His cross-sector experience, and track record of building successful teams made him a perfect fit for Edelman’s ambitions.
