Edelman supports Malaria No More at the Malaria Summit

News

In April, Edelman supported Malaria No More at the Malaria Summit in London, where Heads of Commonwealth States made financial commitments totalling a phenomenal £2.9 billion, to halve malaria cases and deaths. The Summit, run in partnership with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, was the culmination of a 70 day communications campaign. Speeches from HRH Prince of Wales, Bill Gates, Dr. Tedros Adhanom, Director-General of the World Health Organisation, and author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, highlighted the importance of the Commonwealth’s commitment to malaria.

Edelman is overseeing attempts to encourage policymakers to commit to taking action against malaria, while inspiring greater consumer awareness through global media coverage.
