Each year, for their Do It Day initiative The Drum takes in CSR challenges from businesses with the idea is that marketing can change the world ‘in a day’. This year educational movement Digital Futures, Creative Equals, Stripes and Creative Skillset came together and set a brief to get 100 pledges of interest in Apprentices in one day from creative agencies.

The winning team created a social media-led campaign based around the hashtag #meetyourfuture, which was crystallised with a ‘Talent Bus Tour’ around London agencies, with Edelman being the first agency of the tour.

40 Apprentices came to Edelman’s London office to take part in speed mentoring, meeting Edelman representatives from creative, technology innovation and media specialists offering insight and tips on the industry.
