On Thursday 17th November, Edelman will host the second in the series of The Women in the World London Forums, in partnership with Advisory Board member Tina Brown.
This is the second in a series of intimate conversations with women who will share their stories and illuminate the most pressing issues facing our world today. We have some fantastic women joining us including The Honorable Jane Harman, President and CEO of the Woodrow Wilson Center and former U.S. Congresswoman who served on all the major security committees; Zainab Salbi, Founder of Women for Women International and Joy Reid, leading political commentator on American news network MSNBC; the Hon. Ruth Davidson, leader of the Scottish Conservative Party and the most popular politician in Scotland today, as well as Robi Damelin and Bushra Awad, two extraordinary mothers – one Israeli and one Palestinian whose sons were shot and killed in the bitter conflict now turning their personal tragedy into reconciliation and forgiveness.
